Sleeping through history

I applaud those of you who crawled out of bed last night and braved the cold to see see a once in a lifetime celestial event.

Unlike you, I was sleeping.

All night.

Without waking.

Not once.

Which given four young children, a husband who snores like a wheezy beast, hot flashes and anxiety is about as rare an occurrence as a total lunar eclipse on the solstice. Happy first day of winter!

Sounds like an early Christmas present! I'm glad for you. Hope they are getting over their various yucknesses, too.

Who is this wheezy beast? He must be some catch.

Yes, you have a great way with words... wheezy beast! Sounds like something out of Dr. Seuss... or Beowulf!
