Holy Garden Haul, Batman

Someone's going to have to teach me how to can tomatoes 'cause there are like 50 more of these guys ready to ripen back at the garden.

Dana, you don't have to go to the trouble and cost of canning. If you have freezer space, my mom and G-ma used to cook the tomatoes down and spice them then freeze them. We also made spaghetti sauce and froze that too!

Funny you mention the cost. I did a Google search just this morning on how to can and stopped after I saw I need something called a "water bath canner." What the what?! Naively - stupidly - I didn't realize what a production canning is. I think I'll take the suggestions to just freeze sauce.
